Wife of the late Vernon. Sadly missed by her family and friends.

A special thank you to all the staff who cared for Pat at the RUH.

Funeral to take place at Haycombe Crematorium, Valley Chapel, Bath on Monday 6th January at 3p.m.

No flowers. Donations may be made in Pat's memory to Dorothy House.
